j-fit will accept unworn, unwashed or unused merchandise in new condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Some exclusions apply.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for a return.

• Equipment (ie: dumbbells, bands, foam rollers, balls, etc)

• All sale or discounted merchandise is FINAL SALE.

SHIPPING METHODS

You will receive an email with your shipping conformation once your order has been shipped. 

​

You can skip the shipping fees with complimentary drop off or local pickup at a class.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup or drop off at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
